Hi, my name is Gretchen Grey. In 2019 after a lifetime of serving the world as a brand stylist and business coach, I found myself in desperate need of a fresh perspective. So, I took the advice that I had been giving my business clients for years and decided to pivot. 


Combining my passion for travel and my love for people, I opened up my home to guests from around the world and went back to school. My motivation for furthering my education was not only to understand my own need for personal growth, but also to fulfill my bigger dream of helping and inspiring others in a deeper more meaningful way. After two years of intense training, I received a certification in Somatic awareness and an additional certification as trauma-informed relationship coach using my education to become an Integrative Emotional Wellness Practitioner. With tools and a newfound level of self-awareness and self-concept, I am thrilled to offer what I have learned and the tools that have helped me transformed my own life to help others as they look to transform their own lives and enrich their relationships.  I believe travel is the one of the most powerful containers for healing and transformation, travel provides a space that allows us to get out of the clutter of our daily lives creating the space we need for awareness and healing.

I assist individuals, couples, and families in exploring the inner journey that can occur while traveling. As a Transformational Travel Coach, I utilize various techniques such as vision boards, mindfulness exercises, journaling, and reflective practices to help my clients make meaningful connections with themselves and others as they create lasting memories in each destination they visit. 


As a coach, I find joy in supporting clients as they expand their self-awareness, foster personal development, and experience transformative moments during their travels. My goal is to provide guidance, encouragement, and tools to help individuals and families create profound and impactful travel experiences that lead to personal growth, self-discovery, and a sense of purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the coaching process work?

After finalizing your purchase, you will receive a link to a scheduling calendar to schedule your first of two Zoom meetings. The meetings are in the EST time zone. After your first call, you will be able to schedule your follow-up session. 

Please note that when you choose the couple or the family option I am working with (You), I am not coaching your entire group ( families ) or both people ( couples ). The purpose of choosing those options is that each option requires a different amount of time and a different approach to achieve the desired outcome. 

How much time will I need to invest?

Your Zoom session, a valuable time dedicated to your personal growth, is scheduled for 1-2 hours, depending on the coaching option you selected. Two will be included with your purchase, and you can choose a 30-minute follow-up call after you return from your trip. I love celebrating with my clients, and these calls are my favorite because they are a testament to your commitment to self-improvement. 

I recommend spending time with the workbook between appointments to get the most out of your coaching experience; however, the amount of time you invest is entirely up to you. 

Does couples coaching need to be two married people?

Coaching does not need to be a married couple; it could be a parent looking to build a deeper relationship with their child or an adult looking to develop or transform their relationship with their parent, friend, or another person in their life. 

Can I choose the individual coaching option even if I am going on a trip with my family?

Yes, I often have individuals looking to use their family vacation as an opportunity to work on themselves. 

How is this different from other types of coaching?

I use a mind/body approach to coaching.

Unlike other types of coaching that may focus solely on either the mental or physical aspects, the mind-body approach seeks to address the whole person and promote overall well-being. It acknowledges the impact of mental and emotional states on physical health and vice versa and aims to help clients achieve balance and harmony between the mind and body.


The mind-body approach integrates techniques that address both the mind and body, offering a holistic approach to coaching that can lead to deeper insights, personal growth, and sustainable change.

What if I need to change the time I have scheduled on the booking calendar?

Life can throw curve balls sometimes. We do require a 24 hour notice to reschedule your session.
